Rikshaw drivers in this area do not charge by meters. They are very very arrogant. They charge any amount of fare even for short distance. They ensure that every passanger is harrased by demanding very high fare. RTO or Police dept seems to have no control over them. Due to poor public transport people ar forced to use rikshaws.

Hello All, I bought a flat in Air Castle Hinjewadi on Dec 2012. Its an under construction and would be getting possetion in coming 2-3 months. 1. During the agreement period (14 May 2011) i have paid VAT which was 1% of the agreement cost. Now builder is saying it is getting revised hence we need to pay it. I just come across a case where one of the builder i.e. Bansal Infracon Limited is charging interest to people at the rate of 24%. Its a shame! Lets tell every one we know not to deal with such builder as they have no any ethics.

We are not aware the Aadhar Card (UID) Center in our area ; It should be published somewhere. Many corporaters in Pune area have started the registration center for their area's people.

Hello Sir , I have purchased a flat in June 2012 ,located in Pimple Saudagar. Few days back,recived a letter that I need to pay 5% VAT of agrement value. As per my information if property registration is done after april 2010, then the customer needs to pay flat 1%(My registration is done in June 2010).
